About the forum
What do the cities of Belgrade, Mexico City, Sharjah, Dakar and Bangkok have in common? They have all been recently voted as the five most creative cities in the world by BBC Culture. No city or country can claim to be progressive and creative if the Arts are relegated and neglected. The arts are fundamental to humanity and certainly is the enriching soul for the individual, community and cities. For creativity to flourish and grow, cities must embrace the humanizing influence of the arts and its intrinsic value.
